Hate the feeling where someone did wrongly and we can't do anything nor say anything but just can sit a side and kept our mouth shut! Just because his post is higher, higher status, more power?? What I want to stress here is, although you're one level above us, that doesn't mean whatever you do is correct, is perfect, is the best. As a manager of an office, you have to think wise rather than just giving orders, orders and orders. Action speaks louder than word. Stop putting up dramas! Give top priority to any important things. When both the things equally important clashed together, this is the time where you have to make a smart decision to sacrifice one. And please choose the one that will NOT sacrifice your workers/ working committee! Making decision is easy, but making a smart decision is hard. We know, we understand. But you have to as a manager. Stop bull shitting! As a manager, show a good example!
